Teaching beyond hours of preparation and memorisation of sequences and cues is possible! You can just show up and teach a class that will be remembered...

When you are new to teaching, it can be intimidating to show up in front of a full class and put your heart and soul out there! You are afraid of saying the wrong thing or forgetting part of your sequence and you think, you need to be very prepared! Let me tell you that, you can just show up to your class and ask your students what they need and simply deliver that. Isn't this how you practice on your own, following your own body's needs? The aim of this mentorship program is to help new yoga teachers achieve confidence through mastering their own teaching style so they can be comfortable and impactful in their teaching, mastering the spontaneity and intuitive teaching without attending multiple teacher trainings to do so!

What Will You Get?

You will be part of a group of new yoga teachers and attend weekly group calls where you will deepen your understanding of sequencing, cueing and theming through a series of lectures and lots of exercises. You will learn lots of tips and tricks of delivering yoga classes that will impress your students and make them want to show up for more. We will go through ideas for classes and workshops, and all the little details that makes your classes refined and your teaching elevated. Group setting will give us the opportunity to share experiences, bounce off ideas and learn from each other! You will also have a 30 minute one on one coaching call with me before we begin the program to detect your challenges and be able to address them in the lectures.

Who is it for?

This program is for new yoga teachers and yoga teachers who graduated their YTTC but never put themselves out there as yoga teachers, yoga teachers who wants to improve their teaching, find their voice and become confident in their teaching!

"Undoubtedly Sila is an amazing mentor/coach. I was feeling lost and scattered after my online YTT-200 a year ago. I lacked self-confidence. It seemed to me that I didn't know enough, I didn't have enough experience and I couldn't teach yoga. Nevertheless, my great desire to realize my potential as a yoga teacher took over and I decided to find a mentor. I found Sila on Facebook, or rather she found me. I shared a post about looking for a mentor and Sila was the first to send me a message. She gave me a very careful description of her experience and content for mentorship. As a result, we had a meeting on Zoom. Indeed, I was worried because I am not a native English speaker. I am grateful to Sila that I have already received support from her since that moment. Every meeting with Sila was like a breath of fresh air. She answered all my questions thoroughly, she shared intresting and instructive stories from her own practice. I am grateful for the weekly homework assignments that helped me gain new knowledge, and experience and, in general, expand my understanding of yoga. Now I use this material in the preparation for my classes. Many thanks to Sila I quickly received detailed feedback. Every time after our meeting, I was filled with energized, motivated, and inspired. I was interested in creating and studying even deeper the topics that we touched on together. Sila recommended me useful books and resources to inspire and deepen my knowledge. Perhaps I would be happy to learn more about marketing in yoga, but in my case, we live in different locations (I live in the USA, and Sila lives in Cyprus). I am very grateful for the atmosphere of positivity, trust, and compassion that was at our meetings. In the time we have been working together, I have become more confident in my teaching. Sila’s support and guidance have without a doubt helped me immensely. The most important thing is that I finally started teaching! I am incredibly grateful to Sila for her time, for that inspiration, and constant belief in me! I've never felt so confident that I could actually teach yoga. I appreciate our joint work and am grateful to you for your support!"
